We Support the Asian Community

The Women’s Networking Alliance is dedicated to creating an equitable environment where our members have access to the resources and materials pertinent to their success in business.

The recent news regarding the atrocious acts of violence committed against the Asian American community in the Bay Area and the rest of the country has left us heartbroken and infuriated. Silence is not an option and this cannot be left unaddressed. The stance of this organization remains firm and unwavering. Under absolutely no circumstance do we condone acts of violence, harassment, intimidation, or discrimination against the Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander communities. Racist, xenophobic, and bigoted rhetoric has no place within our organization and will never be tolerated.

We stand united with the members of WNA and the rest of our community who identify with the AAPI community and we acknowledge the unfathomable pain and outrage that you are experiencing. We see you, we hear you, and we remain ardent in our support of your business, and of you, personally.

We sincerely honor and respect the vulnerability of our members and we understand that processing grief is a long and arduous process. Your emotions are valid and we encourage you to process them at your own pace, reflect, and reach out for support, if needed. Our organization is constantly evolving and we are resolute in our ongoing mission to learn, evolve, and support our members, not just in words, but in meaningful action.

We will continue to vehemently speak out against racial injustice and violence.

We will fight alongside you.

We will have your back.

We are here for you.

If you are in need of support, please reach out to to inclusion@womensnetworkingalliance.com.

If you or someone you know has been the victim of AAPI violence, report the incident to STOP AAPI HATE or contact your local law enforcement agency.

Respectfully Yours,

The Executive Board and

The Diversity & Inclusion Council
