Support our Asian American and Pacific Islander Community!

Updated: Jun 29

May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month in the United States.

According to asianpacificheritage.gov:

The month of May was chosen to commemorate the immigration of the first Japanese to the United States on May 7, 1843, and to mark the anniversary of the completion of the transcontinental railroad on May 10, 1869. The majority of the workers who laid the tracks on the project were Chinese immigrants.

One way that WNA is celebrating Asian Pacific American Heritage Month is to spotlight some of our own AAPI community! The following members opted in to be featured in this list. We encourage you to patronize their businesses!
